How do i return an item purchased on the site ?

 

You have a statutory period of 14 days from the receipt of goods to return all products ordered on www.princessemoghole.com
To request a return, simply contact customer service via the contact form. You will receive an e-mail with the return authorization information 
indicating the steps to follow. You can then return the desired items in their original product packaging to the following address :

Returned products travel at the expense and risk of the customer. Given the importance of certain products, it is advisable for the customer to insure them during their return to Princesse Moghole, insofar as the customer ensures their custody and conservation until receipt by Princesse Moghole.



Wich items ordered on the website can be returned ?

 

Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any product damaged or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

What is the deadline to make a return ?

 

You have within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your reason for returning the item. Once we have given you a return authorization, you must return the goods in the 7 next days.

 

Can i exchange an item ?

 

If you return an item for a color problem, we can send you the same product in a different color. In this case, sending the new item is paid for by Princesse Moghole.

 

What are the refund procedures ?

 

Upon receipt of your return package you will receive a confirmation receipt by email. You will be refunded on the card used for payment of the original paid sum, less any shipping charges, within a maximum of 15 days after the receipt of the products in question.
