The customer

 A customer must be a person aged at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity (or holds parental authorization) to place an order on the site. When recording personal data in the account section, customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of required data submitted. In case of error in the address of the recipient, Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the product. Claire Denouel / PRINCESS MOGHOLE reserves the right to cancel any order if the IP address of the client is domiciled in a country different from the billing address and / or delivery.



The products offered for sale are described on the site. Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE takes great care in the presentation and description of these products to best meet the customer’s expectations. It is possible that non-substantive errors may appear on the site. In any event, in case of non-compliance errors of the product delivered compared to its description on the site, the Customer may either exercise his right of withdrawing funds, or of working in compliance Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE where appropriate exchanges or refunds of the price (in whole or in part) may be done.




Taking orders on the site is subject to the procedure established by Claire Denouel / PRINCESS Moghole including a series of steps that the client must follow to validate the order. The customer will have the opportunity, before confirming their order, to check the details thereof and the total price, and correct any errors before confirming it and therefore expressing his or her acceptance. Every order is confirmed by the Customer contract of sale and acceptance of all the provisions hereof.
Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE refuses any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order.
In this case, Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE informs the Customer by e-mail. In the event the customer wishes to proceed with Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE Moghole correcting erroneous information or information contrary to these general terms of the sale , Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE still reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (product, price, availability, quantity ) will be sent to the customer by Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE. The customer then formally accepts the use of email for future and current confirmation(s) by Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE Moghole for the content of the order. In any event, invoices are delivered upon delivery.


Prices and payment


Product prices are indicated in euros, VAT included, but excluding shipping taxes.
The total price of the order (taxes and shipping included) is indicated on the payment page.
Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.

Payment methods
Products are due on the day of the order.
Pay for purchases using :

- Credit card : The Client accesses a dedicated page provided by a bank, which provides the secure registration of the payment order. In this regard, the Customer acknowledges that the disclosure of his or her credit card number to Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE constitutes of an authorization to debit his or her account with the amount of the products ordered.


Recorded data
The data recorded and stored by Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE constitute proof of the order and all transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.




Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer, provided that it must be the home address of the client or any other individual of his or her choice domiciled in France.

Delivery cannot be made to post office boxes.
So that these requirements are met, the customer must ensure that he or she has provided accurate and complete all information regarding the delivery address (such as street, building, stairs, access codes, names and / or intercom number, etc.)

The dates indicated between steps are target dates, corresponding to the average processing time and delivery.
Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery that are not the compagny's own fault.
In case of damaged package (already open, missing product), Customers must agree to notify the carrier and Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE, by any means the same day of receipt of the product.


Right of withdrawal


Customers have a right of withdrawal, they can exercise this right without reason, within seven (7) days of delivery of the order by returning the new products (in original, unworn, and unwashed state) in its package accompanied by the order number to the following address :

Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE refunds the Customer of any sum that has already been paid, minus any shipping costs under the conditions described in the following article.




Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Article II and VI shall be made by Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE in a period of 30 days after receiving the products. 

Refund is process by client reimbursement, exchange or voucher.




Any order implies full acceptance by the customer to the terms and conditions of sale. 
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of any form of formal disputes, the French courts will have jurisdiction. In case of problems or complaints following an order, the customer can call Customer Service to find an acceptable and friendly solution.


Virtual information and freedom


The information collected by Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE for a customer's order are necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be provided in whole or partly to any providers of Claire Denouel / PRINCESSE MOGHOLE involved in the framework of the execution of the order. The customer is informed that his or her personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and the fight against credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 
78-17 of 6 January 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of his or her data.
